For dinner tonight, my mom and I are going to have Italian Layered Vegetable Casserole. I am really excited to try it. It looks so good!!
But instead of using the Creamy Bean Filling that the recipe calls for, we're going to go with the other option and use THIS for the filling.
I absolutely love Fat Free Vegan!! There are so many recipes that I want to try because the food just looks DE-E-LISH!!!! Plus, the ingredients in a lot of the recipes are amazing!!
I have been wanting to make the Strawberry Snack Cake for a while. Maybe I will make it some time this week or next week. I am definitely on a major strawberry "kick" right now!! I ♥ strawberries!! They are absolutely, amazingly delicious!! [You know I'm right!! Don't even try to deny it!!]
