Some More Changes.

I've been sticking with being vegan and working out 6 days a week. It's not easy, but it's no longer difficult. I keep pushing myself during work outs, and I've seen wonderful changes in just under two and a half weeks.

However, outside of food and working out, I've made a few other small changes. I figure that if I'm going to take care of the inside of my body, I better start taking better care of the outside. I'm back to using lotion on a daily basis [I used to do that before, but stopped for a few months]. I'm still washing my face 2-3 times a day [like I've done for a long time], but I'm using toner and lotion after each time I wash my face. The other day, I decided to get a two month tanning pass. [I know, I know - it's bad and unhealthy.] I'm always out running, and I hate having legs that could quite possibly glow in the dark. HA. [Plus, the tan will make my muscles look more toned - and that's wonderful!!] I recently canvased out my hair [that means I made it all one solid color]. I just was sick of having the highlights and stuff, so I decided to color my hair one day last week. Today, I went and got my hair cut. My hair was in desperate need of a cut!!

I am going to get back into waxing my eyebrows on a weekly basis so that they're always looking nice. [I'll admit it - I love my eyebrows!!] I got a heating pad today at the store, so I am going to try to use that at least once a week on my back. [I've got a messed up back. It's been messed up for many years.] I am going to try to soak in a hot bath once a week so I can have some time to relax.

I really am trying to change a lot of things in my life - and only for the better. I needed to change my life - I have for a long time. I am so happy, though, that I'm making changes now, rather than waiting till it's too late. I am now happier about myself than I have been in years.
