When I look in the mirror now, I can see a difference. What I looked like over three weeks ago and what I look like now are just completely different. My face has slimmed down a little bit. I can tell that I've lost a few inches off of my waist and "tire". I can see that my legs have slimmed down a little bit. I can see the muscles in my legs. I can see the muscles in my arms getting bigger and my arms looking more toned. I stand up more straight now, whereas I didn't before because I wasn't very happy with the way I looked. I may not be 100% happy with the way I look now, but I am a whole lot happier than I was before.
One of the biggest things I have noticed recently isn't something that anyone can see when they look at me just standing around. It's not something I can see when I look in the mirror. Well, you might be able to notice it after I'm done running. But no longer am I constantly feeling "winded". I used to be out of breath just by doing simple things before. Now, I can run two miles without feeling "winded" at all. I love that I can run two miles, take two deep breaths at the end, and be fine.
Yay for running two miles, Steph! It didn't take you very long at all to be able to that! I'm just now running two miles every day and Ive been running since January! LOL
