I thought before that I was running 1.5-2 miles, but I was running about 1.25-1.5 miles. I only know that because when I went on my run today, it was the farthest I've ran up here. After the run, I took my car and it showed that today's run was 1.75 miles. I felt really good after that run, even though I was feeling a little sick when I was two houses down from my parents' house. I'm proud of myself - I bumped up the distance and I ran it in 19:05-19:10.
I am hoping to be able to run 4-5 miles come October. I'd be really happy if I could do that!! But with the way I've been going, I could probably be running 4-5 miles in 8-9 weeks [rather 14-15 weeks]. I'll stick with October being the goal though for running 4-5 miles because if I feel like I need to "drag out" running a certain distance, I'll be able to and not feel "rushed".
I really do love challenging myself and pushing myself on a daily basis.
